Chaye is the EVP, CFO and Chief Sustainability Officer of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation.

Chaye is the Founding Chair of Gabay Guro, one of the country’s biggest education advocacy program since 2007.

She was a TOYM awardee in 2013 and now the President of The Outstanding Young Men Foundation.

Chaye is an Appointed Member of the Financial Reporting Standards Council of the Philippines, similar to the Financial Accounting Standards Board in the USA.

Prior to MPIC, she held various positions as PLDT SVP & Group Controller and Chief Sustainability Officer, CFO of Smart and in a number of subsidiaries and affiliates of PLDT and Smart. She was also a Senior Associate in the Business Audit and Advisory Group of SGV & Co. She brings with her (20) years of extensive experience in telecommunications, finance, manufacturing, retailing, and nonstock non-profit organizations.

Chaye was an outstanding alumni of: De La Salle University; a Triple A awardee by the Federation of the Asian Institute of Management Alumni Associations, Inc.; and Stanford Graduate School of Business in California, USA.
