Sau Wei is finance professional with more 20 years of experience in field of finance and accounting in various industries. She started her career in Berjaya Group Berhad after obtaining her ACCA qualification. Prior to joining Lam Soon (M) Berhad, she had held various management positions in companies such as Toyota Capital (M) Sdn Bhd and UMW Group.

She is a Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Being a believer of technology advancement, she had been actively involved in automation of finance processes and upgrades of systems over the last 10 years. Projects undertaken and led included implementation of bank reconciliation, financial forecast, consolidation, BI solution and upgrade of accounting system.
