Mr. Ngoh is an experienced IT professional with a background in psychology. He has a wealth of experience working in both local and multinational companies before joining HELP University. Currently, he is actively involved in shaping HELP University’s future technology strategy as part of their ongoing digital transformation journey. Additionally, Mr. Ngoh serves as the Chair of the PIKOM CIO Chapter on a voluntary basis. PIKOM is a not-for-profit association that provides a platform for senior IT leaders in Malaysia to network, brainstorm, and collaborate, contributing to the development of the Malaysian IT landscape.
