With more than 22 years of experience that spans across various industries such as electronics services, engineering, and retail and distribution, Eileen is bona fide corporate finance professional. Prior to joining Luxasia, her previous stints include directorship roles in an SGX listed Group for more than 10 years, and a German Sporting company, where she oversaw the Southeast Asia region’s financial aspects.

As Regional Finance Director, she is responsible for driving the Group’s financial and business analysis and works closely with various cross functional teams in developing the organisation’s growth strategy, budgeting and forecasting. To support the organisation in deriving the best business outcomes, she participates proactively in the review and recommendation of effective business practices to enhance the Group’s knowledge base.

Eileen is an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) graduate and holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Birmingham. She is a fellow member of ACCA and a Chartered Accountant with The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
