Gaurav Dass is the Country CFO of Novartis Philippines since April 2021. Before the Philippines, Gaurav was based out of Novartis Malaysia as the Regional Head for Financial Reporting & Accounting.

Gaurav has gained diverse experience over the last 20+ years in Finance, having worked across 6 countries in America, Europe and Asia, and a rich cross-industry exposure of Telecom, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Consulting and Shared Services. He is passionate about leveraging technology to drive high performance and operational efficiencies within the organization and delivering value for internal and external stakeholders.
