Henry is the Head of Data Management at New World Group, working to drive the success of New World’s data strategy, data privacy protection and digital project deliveries across the business units under New World’s ecosystem.

Prior to New World, Henry held various data leadership roles at Manulife Asia Pacific and AIA, supporting insurance digital and data transformation across Asia Pacific – 9 countries (including China, Japan and SEA).

He is also a data management and technology leader with in-depth (15years+) exposures in data governance, architecture & engineering deliveries across 4 different industries – Telecom, Banking, Insurance and Property in Asia pacific & Greater China.
