Hubert Tsang is the Chief Information Officer at Pacific Textiles Holdings Limited and leads all digital transformation initiatives for the group. He joined the company as a change agent to transformation the company from an owner manager company to a professionally managed company. Prior joining Pacific Textiles, Hubert worked in the US in various capacities and industries; from providing change management advice during M&A transactions to leading high performing teams at Internet startups and financial services firms. He has also authored academic journal articles and has over 25 years of IT experience.

Hubert Tsang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and MBA, both from the University of Maryland, College Park.
