Iris Feng is the General Manager of Cisco China’s Business in Southern regions. In this role, she is responsible for leading the development of Cisco’s business, strategic planning, and operations across South China. In addition, Iris is the General Manager of Oversea Business and Automotive Industry of Cisco China, and the Greater China pillar
lead of Woman of Cisco community.
Iris joined Cisco in 2005 and trained in RTP and San Jose. Iris went back to China and started her career in Cisco Greater China. She has held several roles across sales team and has been a critical contributor to the evolution of Cisco’s business in South China. In her most recent role as Regional Manager of South China, she was responsible for the largest accounts in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy and Transportation sectors in Cisco South China. She constantly led the team to achieve business breakthroughs and innovations.

As the General Manager of Cisco China’s Overseas Business, Iris focuses on providing consultation and tailor-made solutions to China-headquartered enterprises and supports their business globalization that aligns with the national agenda of “Belt and Road” and China’s “Greater Bay Area” initiative. Iris is also the lead of Greater China’s Automotive Industry team, who aims to empower the digitalization of automotive enterprises with Cisco’s cutting-edge technologies.

Iris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from SUN YAT-SEN University, Guangzhou and speaks fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Outside of work, she spends most of her time with her family, especially with her pretty girl and lovely boy. Iris is a real epicure. She holds national certifications in both tea-rating and Cantonese Dim Sum making. She also enjoys yoga, reading and travelling around the world.
