Jasmine was the Head of Finance of foodpanda Hong Kong who expanded the Finance team from 5 to 30+ people during the hyper growth phase.  She oversaw various Finance functions including reporting, FP&A, payroll, procurement, legal, GRC and more.  Her team leveraged technology and underwent digital transformation to enhance performance in the Finance function.
