Jayanta is a chartered accountant with more than 20 years of post-qualification experience and presently Head of Finance in Metrod Holdings and Secretary and Committee member of Malaysia Chapter of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. 

Jayanta is the  former Group CFO with gloves business of Indo Rama Corporation in South East Asia.He had worked extensively in India, Malaysia, Singapore (IPO listing SGX ) and won many awards, one being the Best Medical Equipment Manufacturing CFO Award in SouthEast Asia from UnitedKingdom and Top 50 Finance Leaders in SEA. He has conducted many programs in South East Asia in the capacity of Chairman and Moderator. He is also an alumni from Henley Business School, IIM Ahmedabad,Institute of Directors, India.
