Jessica Low is a Certified Accountant and has been a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 2000. She joined SAP Malaysia in April 2020 as Chief Financial Officer, Customer Success, where she oversees commercial support, governance, and the strategic transformation of the organization into a cloud-centric company.

Jessica joined the Board of Parkwood Holdings Berhad in October 2023 as Independent Non- Executive Director. Apart from Parkwood, Jessica sits on the Board of Cuckoo International (MAL) Berhad and serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

With over 20 years of experience in the IT sector across the Asia Pacific, she has a robust background in finance operations and controlling. Jessica is recognized as a true business partner with a proven track record of enhancing business performance and aligning organizational missions with strategic goals.

Before joining SAP, Jessica had an illustrious career at IBM Malaysia, where she spearheaded the company’s finance transformation and established shared service centre (SSC) and IBM Global Delivery Hub. She also served as the Finance Director at Tech Data Malaysia, where she managed a P&L responsibility for $75 million in annual revenue. During her tenure, she achieved a 50% improvement in cash flow through effective payment terms management and the implementation of a robust credit policy.

Jessica is passionate about building organizational capabilities and driving cultural change. At SAP, she also holds the position of Sustainability Champion, advocating for the company’s commitment to delivering better outcomes for people, the planet, and ensuring a profitable and sustainable business.

Outside of her professional life, Jessica enjoys spending time with her two children and is an avid jogger and hiker.
