She joined SAP Malaysia in April 2020 as Chief Financial Officer, Customer Success, responsible for commercial support, governance, and strategic transformation of the organization into a cloud company.

She has more than 20 years of experience in various organizational functions in the IT sector across Asia Pacific with a strong background in finance operations and controlling. She is a true business partner with a proven track record in improving business performance and aligning missions with strategies.

Jessica has had an illustrious career at IBM Malaysia, where she navigated the company’s finance transformation, led and established shared service centers as both a provider and a customer of internal services. Prior to joining SAP, she was the Finance Director at Tech Data Malaysia, with P&L responsibility for $75 million in annual revenue. She drove a 50% improvement in cash flow through effective payment terms management and the implementation of a robust credit policy.

Jessica is passionate about building organizational capabilities and leading cultural change. At SAP, she also holds the position of Sustainability Champion, advocating for SAP’s commitment to delivering better outcomes for people, the planet, and a profitable and sustainable business.

Jessica dedicates her quality time with her two children and enjoys jogging or hiking trails.
