Joselito Diga or “Lito” is the Senior Vice President for Finance and Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Unilab, a leading healthcare group in the Philippines.

Previously, Lito has done various financial management and accounting roles with Pilipinas Shell, Novartis Pharma, Oracle, Kraft Foods and Caltex (now Chevron). He also worked in external audit and consulting in SGV & Company and Punongbayan and Araullo and was a university lecturer at the Australian National University in Canberra and San Beda University College of Arts & Sciences in Manila.

Lito is an alumnus of San Beda College where he completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting, Summa cum laude, and of the Australian National University, Canberra where he earned his PhD in Commerce and Graduate Diploma in Accounting With Distinction as a university scholar. Lito is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines, where he placed 3^rd in the licensure examinations of October 1988. He is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in Australia since 2003. He is a member of the Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines, Management Association of the Philippines and the Association of Pharma Finance Executives.
