Krishna Worotikan is the Chief Financial Officer of Microsoft Indonesia. He leads the subsidiary finance function, which comprises statutory and tax, business partnership, as well as control and compliance, on top of representing Microsoft externally.

Krishna is also one of Microsoft’s key people in driving the company’s strategy, delivering business results, as well as protecting the company, employees, partners, and customers. He is a strong champion of finance in digital transformation, with more than 10 years of experience. In addition to that, Krishna is also leading the Diversity and Inclusion initiative in Microsoft Indonesia, championing gender equality and accessibility both inside and outside the company.

Before joining Microsoft, Krishna was a finance executive at top tier energy companies, namely General Electric, Baker Hughes, and Schneider Electric. After spending almost a decade in the
energy industry, Krishna decided to join Microsoft in early 2020 to drive Indonesia’s digital transformation through his expertise in finance.

Krishna holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Singapore Management University, where his studies were focused on management, finance, and business statistics. He was also acknowledged
as a student leader in several Indonesian student communities at his campus.
