Loudie is a strategic and multifaceted finance leader with extensive experience in diverse industries including manufacturing, supply chain and distribution, eCommerce, real estate, and retail.

He is currently the Vice President & Head of Finance of Wilcon Depot, Inc., a publicly listed company and the Philippines’ leading home improvement and construction supplies retailer, where he leads the automation and transformation initiatives of the Finance Group which lead to recognition as finalist to the ‘Finance Team of the Year Award’ and ‘Excellence in Audit Compliance, and Governance Award’ at FutureCFO Excellence Awards 2022.

Before joining Wilcon, he was an external auditor, internal audit supervisor, accounting manager, head of financial planning, and financial controller in various local and multinational companies, both privately held and publicly-listed.

He is a volunteer leader in professional organizations. He currently serves as the President and Chairman of the Board at Institute of Management Accountants – Philippines Chapter and VP for Membership Services at Association of CPAs in Commerce and Industry (ACPACI) in the Philippines.

He was a recipient of ‘Year 2021 IMA Exemplary Young Professional Global Award’ and ‘Year 2021 IMA Philippines Chapter Servant Leadership Award’. He was also recognized as one of the Top 100 Filipinos on LinkedIn – 2021.

He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Certified Financial Consultant, and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in BS Accountancy, placed 5th in the CPA licensure exams, and completed the Strategic CFO Program in New Jersey, USA.
