Matthew Tan is Sales Engineering Team Leader Southeast Asia at UiPath. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for helping enterprises across Southeast Asia accelerate their success on the path to becoming fully automated enterprises. He also plays a trusted advisor role to customers on how to build resilience through a digital-first strategy centered around automation.

With more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, Tan spent the last decade focusing on helping enterprises improve productivity and efficiency through automation. Before joining UiPath, Tan was the DevOps Advisor in CA Technologies where he was responsible for helping large enterprises adopt transformative approaches to delivering high quality applications faster and in a more cost-effective manner.

He also held Sales Engineering leadership roles for Automic Software and BMC Software in Asia Pacific where he specialized in Business Process Automation and Cloud Automation.
