Mayra Gutschow began her remarkable career within the automotive industry, particularly in Truck & Bus Division at Mercedes-Benz in Brazil as a trainee in 2005, she navigated through various roles such as Project Management, R&D, Strategic & Corporate Planning and Head of FP&A Trucks & Buses LATAM. Later she was appointed as the Finance Director of a JV between Mercedes-Benz and Nissan in Mexico. With a dual degree in Production Engineering and Accounting, and an MBA in Business Administration. Her ability to blend technical expertise with business acumen is evident in her career progression.

The global perspective contributed significantly to her success in leading diverse teams and navigating the complexities of a global business environment. In July 2022, she took over the CFO position at Daimler Commercial Vehicles in Thailand. She has demonstrated her capacity to drive growth, develop talent, and achieve financial performance. Mayra’s leadership style is highly adaptable and customer/results-driven oriented, undoubtedly played a pivotal role in steering the organization towards success.
