Niral is currently the Chief Finance Officer of Pluxee Philippines formerly known as Sodexo Benefits & Rewards Services, driving business digital transformation since February 2019.

With his vast experience spanning over 17 years with Sodexo, Niral held various positions within the Finance function and was part of many successful transformative projects locally and globally.

Niral is Masters in Finance from Mumbai University, a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, holder of Diploma in IFRS from ACCA (UK) and completed his Business Management with specialisation in Design Thinking from Centrale Supelec (France).
