Patrick Stewart-Blacker is AIA’s Programme Director (Technology) in Hong Kong. He is currently leading the delivery team responsible for all technology workstreams on the rebuilt AIA Building, AIA’s Global Headquarters, in eastern Wan Chai, due to be complete in early 2024.
Patrick brings a wealth of global experience in delivering workplace technology to his clients. He works by the mantra that we are “the sum of all our experience”, and he constantly strives to improve people’s experience in the spaces that he helps create to maximise the impact that technology enables.
Patrick’s client and project list covers global consulting and project management engagements. Highlights include award-winning Innovation Labs for Deloitte in London and awards for a state-of-the-art digitally enabled workspace in Singapore.
His ability to apply practical and pragmatic advice, alongside a strong background in building and space design and construction, allows him to guide his clients through designing and implementing their spaces with their best interests at the core. He directs the teams he leads, giving them a platform to deliver excellence and provide the best value a project can achieve.
Patrick’s is now focusing on how technology can improve the sustainably of the built spaces, providing insights and advice to clients on enhancing their ESG monitoring and management of their estate and improving productivity.
