Ray Lay is currently the ISO for China and HK.  He has a strong passion in how businesses can leverage on technology to enable them to win in the markets. He believes that with proper understanding of the threat environment and implementation of appropriate controls, businesses will be able to become market leaders, with the assurance that their information assets are secured in the ever changing landscape. With more than 20 years of industry experience in both vendor and end-user environments, his Information Security experience in multiple industries ranges from domains in infrastructure to applications, from regulatory compliance to security framework development and training. Ray holds a B. Accountancy degree from the Nanyang Technological University as well as a number of professional security certifications including CISSP-ISSMP, ISSAP and CISA.
