Ridhav heads the software business unit (Ezmeral) at HPE – where he focuses on assisting customers on their strategic Data and AI Initiatives, helping them to transform digitally. He actively provides technology, strategy and thought leadership for customers across Banking, Telecommunications and Public Sector domain.

He has also been actively driving education and evangelization of next generation data platforms particularly around AI, Kubernetes, GPU Accelerated Computing and Big Data Platforms. Prior to joining HPE Ezmeral, Ridhav held various senior technology leadership roles at Kinetica, MapR, SoftwareAG & Terracotta – where he spent most of his time helping customers transform their business with Data and AI technologies
