Ritchie A. Arceo is the Chief Financial Officer of Alstra, the Commercial Division of Concepcion Industrial Corporation, providing Heating Ventilation and Airconditioning (HVAC) Solutions and Vertical Transport Solutions to its commercial clients, and is responsible for end to end finance, legal, as well as digital transformation across the Division.

Chie has more than 20 years’ experience in various areas of finance, which include financial and management accounting, controls and compliance, taxation, treasury, finance service delivery, M&A and JVs, external and internal auditing, and systems implementation across the energy, construction, and IT industries in the Philippines and in Asia. This included stints in top global companies and industry leaders such as Vena Energy, Microsoft, and Schindler to name a few.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from the Technological Institute of the Philippines-Manila, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines, a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in Australia, and earned his Master In Business Administration (MBA) from the University of the Philippines – Diliman.

He is married to Rosanna, and has three wonderful children – Ken Dominic, Sean Aldrich, and Rinoa Lucelyn.
