Robert Loughnane is an Executive Partner in Deloitte’s Enterprise Technology & Performance’s Oracle practice. Robert’s background is firmly grounded in the client context where he has been ‘hands on’ in a variety of contexts, doing what is needed to broaden understanding, direct investment and execute delivery to the highest standards. Robert’s 20 years of experience is global and involves a broad range of industries that span all levels of government and commercial sectors (private and publicly listed). Key to realising the success of these endeavours is an adaptive understanding of how clients consume and interact with data and the processes they support when doing so.

Cloud transformation is a process often cited but rarely practiced at the levels clients aspire to achieve. Robert’s experience in shaping and driving the business case for cloud transformation, deeply addresses the realisation of value and the level of organisation change that is often required to make this happen. This involves broader business process transformation and involves application and technology portfolios that both need to transform in concert.

Robert’s leadership activities extend to APAC regional and global functions including Deloitte Oracle Analytics 8 global team – an international alliance of Deloitte analytics practices that aim to develop and share leading practices and assets.
