Roldan is an experienced change, strategy and transformation professional and currently is the Head of Enterprise Strategy & Architecture in Concepcion Industrial Corporation (CIC). He leads the portfolio mgmt. and works with the other executive leaders to drive strategic execution and CX enterprise transformation program in CIC and other subsidiaries of CIC. Prior to joining CIC, Roldan held various roles in ICT Delivery and Operations, Finance Operations and Business Transformation.
