Ron Ian Salazar is the Finance Shared Services Director of Citadel Pacific. He is a young and passionate CFO who has end-to-end robust experience on Finance Operations (Accounts Payable, Procurement, Billing and Collection, General Ledger, Tax and Governance) and Financial Strategic Reporting.

He currently handles 90 finance professionals with remit of multi regions. Ian became a Director when he was 29.
