Sharon has proven track records in driving bottom line growth and business, operational & tax efficiency across broad range of organisations and industries (MNCs, Private-Owned, Start-up). Passionate about transformation and people development, she demonstrated holistic approach in championing shared service setup, system implementation, business integration and change management.

Currently, Sharon is the Finance Director, Mary Kay for the ASEAN markets. She has a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Financial Management from University of Sheffield, a Fellow ACCA and MIA member.
