Sourabh is a thought leader and general management professional with solid hands on exposure to IT Strategy, Management & Transformation across all facets of IT with 2 decades of experience working & living across Asia, Europe and North America. He has worked in the manufacturing, IT hardware industries and bulk of experience has been in the insurance industry. He completed his Executive MBA from SMU in 2019 while juggling between work and family, and has several educational credentials from INSEAD, AWS and EXIN (ITIL Expert).

He strongly believes that core of any business is its ability to adapt to changes with people (employees, customers or partners) forming the most integral part of the equation.
