Stephen has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Prenetics (Nasdaq: PRE) since 2018, and oversees the financial operations, corporate accounting and reporting, treasury, financial and tax planning and analysis and investor relations. Prior to joining Prenetics, Mr. Lo was in the Asia Pacific Investment Banking team of Citigroup. Before investment banking, Mr. Lo was an auditor with Ernst & Young. 

He is a Fellow of the HKICPA, a Chartered Accountant of the ICAEW, and a CFA Charterholder. He serves on the Younger Members Committee of ICAEW Hong Kong.
