Allan is Group Editor-in-Chief for Cxociety and oversees the editorial team for FutureIoT, and FutureCFO. He is responsible for developing and launching Asia’s first dedicated IoT publication, and also supports content marketing engagements for Cxociety clients as well as moderates and speaks at events.

He has more than 36 years of experience across a broad spectrum of business and operational disciplines, including sales, marketing, public relations, industry analyst relations, and software design and programming.

Allan’s first stint in the media industry was as Content Director at Questex Asia Ltd during which he orchestrated the development and launch of Enterprise Innovation, in June 2005 – the success of which led to the company migrating all other media titles to the same platform. In addition to his editorial and web development roles, he also provided consultancy services to clients about emerging trends in digital media.

Imelda is Managing Partner of KAP Imelda & Rekan and the audit leader of Deloitte Indonesia. She has more than 32 years of public accounting experience in Indonesia serving both multinationals and local companies, listed or non-listed companies, mainly in Financial Services Industry and Telecommunications.

Her extensive experience spans across a number of industries such as Financial Services (banking, insurance, securities, multifinance, investment management, mutual funds), Media & Telecommunications, Retail / Consumer Business, Technology.

Imelda is an Indonesian Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as an Indonesian Chartered Accountant (CA), and a member of Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (IAPI) and Indonesian Accountants Association (IAI). She also registered as a capital market/non-bank financial industry/banking supporting profession (public accountant) at the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Her portfolio includes the companies with IFRS and US GAAP accreditation requirements. She was also involved in providing various M&A due diligence services.

Colleen Wong, AMA is currently employed as Financial Controller at HELP University, Malaysia, where she recently oversaw the digitalization of the finance function. For this initiative she won the prestigious Cxociety’s FutureCFO’s Leadership in Digital Transformation Award 2023. With over fifteen years of experience, she has become firmly convinced that the essence of finance is its changeability over time and that only creative and flexible minds can grasp this dynamic to ensure a company’s ongoing value creation.

Tay Siang Leng (SL) joined QBE Asia in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer and Head of FP&A of QBE Asia. He is the Chairman of QBE Vietnam and holds Directorships in a number of QBE entities in Asia in Singapore, Malaysia and HK. 

Starting his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), SL has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years, including roles within Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), FM Global, RSA and Allied World Assurance Company Ltd. 

SL is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of Singapore and a Committee Member of the Insurance Committee of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). He also sits on the APAC FP&A Council of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP).

SL holds a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University (SG) and an MBA in Finance from The University of Manchester. SL is a winner of the ‘Excellence in FP&A” at the 2022 FutureCFO Excellence Awards and the ‘CFO of the Year’ at the 2023 FutureCFO Excellence Awards.

Aucky is the Executive Director of the ASEAN Federation of Accountants (AFA), the umbrella organisation for the recognised national Professional Accountancy Organisations of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Member States, with a network of more than 200,000 accountants in ASEAN jurisdictions and more than 2 million members worldwide. He has more than 13 years of experience in international engagement and regional capacity building, thought leadership, and standard-setting activities.

Prior to joining AFA, Aucky was the Technical Director of the Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants, where he holds a cross-functional role with multiple responsibilities in the development of the accountancy profession in Indonesia, including standard-setting,
capacity building, and stakeholder engagement. Among his key achievements is leading the Institute’s programme for convergence of the Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) to the IFRS Accounting Standards.

Aucky is a member of CPA Australia and a Chartered Accountant of Indonesia. He holds a Masters Degree in Applied Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Melbourne.
